"Wake Up, Mama was the perfect immersion into easy-to-do practices that have helped me rest more deeply, wake up less often during the night, and feel more regulated during the day. When I use the tools, they work! I highly recommend Jennifer’s course for any mama who’s losing her cool, or losing sleep, after the birth of a new baby (or years down the road)."

"This course is a wonderful and much needed resource for moms struggling to prioritize "me" time. I appreciate the adaptability of 5-minute practices. Jennifer's calming voice is soothing, and her authentic approach acknowledges the raw challenges of motherhood. She skillfully balances the realities of parenting into her beginner-friendly yoga flows, breath work and meditation sessions. After committing to this course, I found myself falling asleep earlier by week two and feeling significantly more energized upon waking up by week four. As a first-time mom, it's easy to neglect my needs, but Jennifer's reminders about self-care resonate deeply. She emphasizes the importance of carving out even a small amount of time to recharge, enabling us to be the best versions of ourselves for our children."
